Celebrating Student Outcomes

We proudly celebrate the achievements of our cohorts, past and present!

All students enrolled in the cohort Class of 2010 graduated (or completed the program successfully). Since then, 90% of them have had increased project responsibilities, been selected as team leaders, or been promoted. One graduate was elected to the NPSMA Board of Directors.

From the Class of 2011, 82% are now employed in the industry (compared to only 30% when they started the program). 9 of 11 students were employed in industry-relevant positions and 4 students advanced to higher positions by program completion. One student who was volunteering as a Project Manager when he started the program went on to serve as interim Chief Operations Officer for his company while participating in the program.

At Year One, the Class of 2012 has seen two formerly unemployed students find full-time positions through internships and two students promoted. By Year Two of the program, a third student received a promotional job change and additional unemployed student obtained an industry- relevant position.

At Year One, for the Class of 2013 has seen three students receive promotional job changes and one receive an industry relevant position.

Congratulations to all!
